IVs for my Weavile are 31 Attack and 31 Speed. Pokerus increase 4 EVs extra.
Every 4 EVs you gain 1 stats and the highest EVs should be 252 instead of 255 because it will remain 3 EVs. The EVs should be for example 252 Attack, 252 Speed and you will have 6 EVs remaining left. With 6 EVs you can give other stats by 1 like HP. I gave my Weavile 252 Attack, 252 Speed and 6 HP.
