I could only finish him off after he uses Retribution once, thanks to Gale having a force skill, but if he has Pyriphlegethon, you could probably finish him after the second retribution. Either way, This is how it should go, youll have three turns seeing as Cielo is dead:

1: Revive Cielo
2: Cielo uses his physical skill
3: Seraph uses the impel stone

After this, hit him with everything you've got, if Gale hasn't used Mind charge, do so. Ho...
