Training grounds is good to get the ball rolling for leveling up, but eventual you will reach a point where the exp gains are only 1 exp per kill.

play through the game without grinding, unlock xeyon and go tackle the bosses. The lower lvl you are, the more exp you will gain. It takes a long time to get from 199 to 200, you can get level 80- 190 ...
