How I did this:-) I Used a cheat disc & used a cheat called er... from what I remember... something like "extra interactions" to alow you to do all sorts of crazy things to your simz which included "burn baby burn' so ur sim just catches fire!!
I made a small version of west london on the sims bustin out and set it on fire lol XD!!!
Oh and used children because they are small and so the city is sorta like a model village to make the kidz look adult scale, I know does seem sick killing the little simz.
I have made levels like this because it creates the illusion of more space because the kidz are so small!
