Step 1:Go to custom race in the single player menu.
Step 2:Choose street race and select NYC Brooklyn Bridge Strait as your track.
Step 3:Change the weather to storm.
Step 4:Change your car to the Delorean DMC-12.
Step 5:Start the race.
Step 6:Drive around the track when the lightning strikes be at least at 88mph and the achievement should unlock.
