I didn't make this Patch but I made the option file.

My Option File:
* Updated January Transfers on all Premiership Teams
* Edited Strips by me (close as I could get them)
* All Real Club Names in the Premiership

Patch File:
* Real Logo Club & Cup Logo's
* New Menu
(You have to install this manually on your game, only takes a few steps its easy)
